Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and with all packaging intact. Items must be undamaged and include any accessories or tags that came with them.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@bahomu.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost in transit (e.g., tracking hasn't updated for over a week or is stuck at a facility), please contact our customer service immediately.We can only cover lost packages if they are not marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover packages that are marked as successfully delivered but later lost or stolen.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain products, such as clearance items, final sale items, or custom-made products, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the product description before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns not due to product defects or errors on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the initial shipping fee from the original order is non-refundable and will be deducted from the approved refund amount.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
